FREE admission. Come to the NHS plant sale for amazing deals on hearty plants donated by our society members and friends! Plants on the sale table will be grouped by sun, shade, edibles and pollinators and typically sell from $1 to $10. Larger rarer plants or those in bloom may be priced individually.

Please spread information about the sale to friends and neighbours.

Donate Plants/ Containers/ Seeds/ Bulbs

As your gardens spring to life in April, please consider dividing and donating plants to our biggest fundraiser and most exciting event of the year. Plant Sales are a significant source of income for the Nepean Horticultural Society and to help us to support community activities.

If you are interested in making a contribution, please email Jack at wilsonjohns@rogers.com and indicate:
1. Name of plant
2. Colour of flower (if known/ applicable)
3. Size of pot
4. Number of plants (if more than one)

Instructions for pick up/drop off will be communicated. Please label your plants and seeds/bulbs (name, flower colour, and preferred lighting) if possible. If you are unable to drop off your plants but would still like to contribute, please contact Jayne 613-226-7102 or wilsonjohns@rogers.com.

Volunteer Opportunity

Volunteers are needed before, after and during the Plant Sale to ensure that the sale runs smoothly. Please email nepeangardeners@gmail.com if you are interested.

“Plants, books and even some floral supplies sell for significantly less than their retail value - it's a fantastic opportunity to expand or diversify your current project(s). Unique and flourishing plants are a great deal through the auction too!”
